Job Description

As a Principal Enterprise Architect- Product Lifecycle Management (Teamcentre) at Baker Hughes, you will play a crucial role in leading the digital transformation journey by architecting and implementing large scale enterprise-level Siemens Teamcenter PLM transformations. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the architecture and development of the entire suite of Teamcenter PLM functionalities, modules, and associated products. - Providing consulting expertise for both process/functional transformation and technology solution design across the entire product life cycle. - Demonstrating expertise in data migration methods and tools, process & data re-engineering, and design using formal modeling and analysis tools. - Defining and documenting new business processes, data models, and application configurations based on PLM industry best practices and global process strategy. - Ensuring the incorporation of specific IT implementation standards from the start of the project and defining the transformation project architecture and execution strategy. - Collaborating with stakeholders and leading business/site readiness projects to prepare for Teamcenter rollouts, enhancements, and bug-fixes. To excel in this role, you must meet the following qualifications: - Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology (IT), or Computer Science. - Have a minimum of 12 years of experience in architecting and implementing large-scale Siemens Teamcenter PLM transformations. - Possess deep domain expertise in Systems Engineering, Product Structuring & Configuration, Parts & BOM Management, CAD Integration, Enterprise Change & Configuration Management, and PLM Integrations with ERP, MES, CRM, and other Enterprise Applications. - Demonstrate experience in developing technology strategies, architecture frameworks, and product roadmaps. - Have working knowledge of AWS, Mendix, BMIDE, ITK customization, programming languages, application servers, Oracle, Unix/Linux, and Agile/SCRUM implementation approach. - Exhibit strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate complex topics effectively.
