Senior technica resource may serve as technica advisor for team Provides speciaized technica input to studies and design for staff's specific area of expertise. Deveops study and design procedures to faciitate high quaity cost effective work by others. Participates in interdiscipinary review of project deiverabes. Deveops construction cost estimates and estimates of technica efforts for projects. Uses expertise in a steps of competing discipine component of PS&E package. Performs quaity contro review of design cacuations or drawings. Prepares technica specification sections. Provides input to the deveopment of engineering budget and schedue to meet requirements. Refers to the fied of engineering deaing with the anaysis and design of structures that support or resist oads. Commony invoved in the design of buidings and arge nonbuiding structures, but can aso be invoved in the design of machinery, medica equipment, vehices or any item where structura integrity affects the function or safety of an item. Discipine concerning force resisting and oad bearing members and their connections for structures such as foundations, bridges, was, coumns, sabs, beams, trusses or simiar members used singy or as part of a arger structure." Quaifications Master of Engineering degree (or equivaent education) in an appropriate engineering discipine from an accredited coege or university. Minimum Overa 10+ years of work experience is preferred. Previous experience in design teams working for Grid Utiities (for e.g., Nationa Grid, Transgrid, Powergrid etc.,) for Transmission Line Structura design is highy desirabe Exposure to Internationa standards (IEC, IEEE, ANSI, Austraian Standards and Midde East region codes and standards) is preferred Previous design experience working with PLS CADD, PLS TOWER, PLS POLE, Staad Pro, Microstran or other simiar software toos is highy desirabe Chartership or Feowship with IStructE / ICE or equivaent is desirabe Very good communication skis (Ora and Written) in Engish anguage is mandatory Additiona Information AECOM provides a wide array of compensation and benefits programs to meet the diverse needs of our empoyees and their famiies.
