Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Support the design and development of faade systems, including curtain walls, glazing, cladding, louvers, skylights, and other envelope elements.
Assist in preparing detailed drawings, 3D models, and technical documentation under the guidance of senior engineers.
Perform engineering calculations and structural analysis related to faade design and performance.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent and technical requirements are met.
Participate in material selection, testing, and performance evaluation of faade systems.
Conduct site visits, inspections, and quality checks during fabrication and installation stages.
Stay updated on the latest faade technologies, sustainability practices, and industry codes/standards.
Knowledge of faade materials such as glass, aluminum, steel, stone, and composites.
1- years of experience in faade design, building envelope, or structural glazing systems.
Knowledge of faade materials such as glass, aluminum, steel, stone, and composites.
Proficiency in AutoCAD; exposure to Rhino, Revit, Grasshopper, or other BIM/3D tools is a strong advantage.
Understanding of structural mechanics, thermal performance, acoustics, and waterproofing in faade systems.
