Job Description

Review plumbing and fire protection design submissions from contractors to ensure compliance with international codes and project specifications.
Evaluate hydraulic calculations, pipe sizing, and pressure drops to ensure efficient system performance.
Respond to technical queries from contractors and coordinate with other teams for integrated delivery.
Ensure public health and sustainability by validating hydraulic calculations and reviewing fabrication drawings.
Apply knowledge of UAE local regulations and civil Defense requirements to deliver high-quality results.
Coordinate with HVAC, Electrical, and Architecture teams to achieve project goals.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services is required.
Minimum 10 years of experience in plumbing and fire protection systems, with mandatory Middle East experience.
Strong knowledge of international codes and project specifications is essential.
Excellent communication and coordination skills are necessary.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve project objectives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are needed to resolve technical issues.
Willingness to travel to the UAE for short durations as part of project requirements.
