Job Description

As a Principal Engineer specializing in node.js development for Consumer Banking, you will be responsible for building and troubleshooting complex node.js applications while adhering to best practices. Your role will involve working on backend services, implementing CI/CD pipelines, and collaborating with a team to ensure the quality and efficiency of the applications. Your expertise in designing, developing, and debugging applications will be crucial in maintaining a high standard of product quality. With over 15 years of experience in developing Enterprise Webservices using node.js and express framework, you will be expected to have a strong background in distributed architecture-based application development with Microservices. Your technical proficiency in cloud-native application development, design patterns, MVC frameworks, and web services will be essential for this role. Additionally, your hands-on experience with AWS components and industry-standard security concepts will contribute to the successful implementation of resilient microservices. In this position, you will be required to analyze, refactor, and troubleshoot code efficiently to provide optimal solutions. Your ability to translate designs into high-quality code, maintain performance and reliability standards, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams will be key to your success. Strong communication skills, agile/scrum development experience, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential qualities for this role.
