We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced professional to assume the role of Principal for our Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) program. The ideal candidate should possess either a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.Sc Nursing) with at least 5 years of experience in healthcare or education, or a Master of Science in Microbiology/Biochemistry along with a Post Graduate Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (PGDMLT) and a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience. The Principal will be responsible for leading and managing the DMLT department, ensuring academic excellence, curriculum development, and maintaining strong clinical partnerships for student internships. The role also involves overseeing faculty recruitment, providing mentorship, and ensuring the program’s compliance with regulatory standards. Strong leadership, administrative, and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as a deep understanding of medical laboratory technology and healthcare education. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to shape the future of DMLT education, foster a collaborative learning environment, and contribute to the development of skilled professionals in the field.
