Make My Home is looking for a passionate and creative Principal Designer to lead our Residential Interior Design division. We are a fast-growing brand transforming homes with innovative, functional and beautiful designs — and we’re looking for a leader who can bring vision, expertise and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Lead the end-to-end design process for residential projects

✅ Develop concepts, layouts, 2D/3D designs, material boards and presentations

✅ Interact with clients to understand needs, design preferences and lifestyle requirements

✅ Guide the design team and collaborate with sales, production, and site execution teams

✅ Ensure project quality standards, timelines and customer satisfaction

✅ Knowledge of modular furniture, finishes, laminates, colour palettes and space planning

✅ Site visits, measurements & supervision when required

Requirements

✔ Degree/Diploma in Interior Design / Architecture

✔ Minimum 5 years experience in residential interiors

✔ Strong design software knowledge (SketchUp/AutoCAD/3D/Adobe/other tools)

✔ Ability to lead, present ideas confidently & handle premium clients

✔ Creative thinker with problem-solving ability and attention to detail
