Principal Counsel

A top-tier IT/ITES organization is hiring a Principal Legal Counsel to join its compliance team. The role is centered on managing internal investigations (including whistleblower complaints), overseeing anti-bribery/anti-corruption (ABAC) programs, and driving global compliance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead whistleblower investigations and implement remediation
• Drive ABAC compliance and regulatory alignment
• Collaborate cross-functionally (HR, Finance, Legal) on sensitive matters
• Design and deliver training on compliance programs
• Advise on emerging regulations and risk mitigation

Requirements:

• Law degree with 14+ years of relevant PQE
• Strong experience in whistleblower matters and ABAC
• Proven track record in internal investigations
• Excellent judgment, communication, and stakeholder management skills
