Principal Consultant, SFDC Developer- Cloud Expertise: Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to lead the design, development, and optimization of scalable Salesforce solutions. This role involves architectural leadership, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade platform. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise and a strategic mindset to drive platform excellence

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement complex Salesforce solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.

• Design and develop Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura components, and custom integrations.

• Lead code reviews, enforce development standards, and ensure performance optimization.

• Collaborate with enterprise architects, product owners, and stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and solution designs.

• Manage deployment strategies using Gearset, Salesforce DX, DevOps tools, and version control systems.

• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, and SSO mechanisms.

• Mentor mid-level and junior developers, providing technical guidance, training, and career development support.

• Ensure compliance with Salesforce governance limits, security best practices, and data protection policies.

• Monitor system performance and implement proactive tuning and error handling strategies.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation for customizations, integrations, and deployment processes

Minimum qualifications

• B

• Cloud Expertise: Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud

• Expert-level proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.

• Experience with Salesforce integrations using MuleSoft, Heroku, or third-party middleware, REST/SOAP APIs.

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and security model.

• Hands-on experience with Gearset, Salesforce DX, CI/CD pipelines, and Git-based version control.

• Familiarity with integration patterns, OAuth 2.0, JWT, and SSO configurations.

• Proven ability to lead development teams and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce Shield, Event Monitoring, and platform encryption.

• Exposure to Heroku, MuleSoft, or other middleware platforms.

• Other Salesforce Clouds eg: Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Experience Cloud, Agentforce

• Knowledge of Salesforce AppExchange, managed/unmanaged packages, and custom metadata types.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Azure Dev Ops, JIRA, Confluence, and Slack.

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer II, Application Architect, System Architect).
