Job Description

Principal Consultant- Product Analyst

Responsibilities

.Data Analysis - Partner with Data & Analytics, Support Engineering & product engineers to collect, process & interpreting data from various sources like user feedback, satisfaction surveys, ticket analysis

KPI - Analyze current and define additional KPIs regarding PowerPoint performance, stability & user satisfaction that are closer

Collaborating User interactions - Working with User Experience & Product owner for user surveys & interviews, possibly even ride alongs with individuals to understand user pain points in day to day activities.

Reporting - Creating comprehensive reports & presentations to communicate data-driven insights and next steps, leveraging multi-channel feedback to understand user sentiment & guide prioritization.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

Experience in product analysis or a similar role

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel and SQL.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly.

Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
