Job Description

As a Principal Consultant specializing in Oracle Cloud Finance Functional at Genpact, you will be involved in various stages of the project lifecycle, from requirement gathering to post-production support. Your responsibilities will include: - Possessing experience in SCM and Finance modules, with additional knowledge of Procurement considered advantageous. - Demonstrating extensive hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Financials, particularly in a Global Finance environment. - Analyzing customer requirements related to financial processes and translating them into Oracle Cloud. - Evaluating existing processes and designing optimized future-state processes. - Conducting Design Validation and identifying areas for improvement. - Recommending standard methodologies to enhance business processes. - Creating Training Material, SOPs, etc., for Oracle Cloud processes ranging from L3 to L5 levels. - Developing Test Scripts, performing Testing for Oracle Cloud functionality and configuration. - Providing Oracle Cloud training to end-users. Minimum Qualifications/skills required for this role: - Ideal candidates should hold qualifications such as CA, MBA, along with in-depth knowledge and practical experience in Finance & Accounting. Preferred Qualifications/Skills for this role include: - Extensive proficiency in Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud within Finance modules. - Demonstrating professional and precise interpersonal skills. - Previous experience in Oracle Implementation and Support. - Profound knowledge of Accounting principles and Business Process Flows. - Ability to deliver results within tight deadlines. - Strong communication and customer-facing capabilities. - Willingness to work flexibly on a 24*7 basis.
