About the Role: Plum has successfully identified exceptional product-market fit and is transitioning from a start-up to a scale-up phase. To meet the growing demand for its product, Plum is expanding its Enterprise Sales team rapidly and is seeking motivated, high-performing sales professionals with a background in selling employee benefits, particularly in health insurance. You will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from generating leads to closing deals, enabling us to scale at an unprecedented pace. Key Responsibilities: - Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas. - Present and sell Plum's solutions to key decision-makers such as CHROs, CFOs, CEOs, and senior executives. - Lead the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and finalizing deals. - Navigate complex multi-stakeholder sales environments and compete against existing providers. - Negotiate pricing and terms with clients and insurers. - Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by actively seeking out new leads. Requirements: - Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in Health & Benefits within the Insurance sector (Mandatory). - Demonstrated track record of surpassing sales targets and driving revenue growth. - Proficiency in engaging with multiple stakeholders, particularly at the C-suite level. - Strong expertise in solution-selling and a consultative sales approach.
