Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant, Azure API Management Service Support SME In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and stakeholders, to deliver high-quality software solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support strategic business objectives. Responsibilities . Collaborate with development teams to integrate APIs into applications and services. . Maintain Azure APIM gateways and management platforms up & running. . Monitor and analyze API performance and usage metrics to optimize service efficiency. . Ensure the security and compliance of APIs, including authentication and authorization protocols. . Provide technical support and documentation for API usage and best practices. . Develop and enforce policies and protocols for API access and usage to maintain security and compliance. Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications . BE/ B Tech/ MCA Preferred Qualifications/ Skills . Proficient in API design and management tools (Azure API Management Service) . Strong understanding of security protocols and standards such as OAuth, JWT, and SSL/TLS. . Hands-On experience of integrating APIs with APIM service using Azure DevOps tool. . Strong understanding of RESTful and SOAP web services. . Strong understanding of security protocols and standards such as OAuth, JWT, and SSL/TLS. . Strong communication and collaboration abilities. . Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. .
