Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant, Adobe Developer In this role, you will be responsible for coding, testing, and delivering high quality deliverables, and should be willing to learn new technologies. Responsibilities The candidate is expected to code, conduct code reviews, and test software as needed, working as part of a global agile team that comprises web application and web services developers. The candidate should be flexible and a self-motivated team player, committed to delivering on time. Ensure that system architecture and integration design standards are in alignment with broader platform strategies and business goals. Work closely with Squad/Team and other IT partners on day-to-day basis to ensure smooth delivery of projects in Agile Model. Acquire a robust understanding of financial products, services, processes, and organizational structure in order to find optimal solutions. Maintain awareness of industry trends, compliance concerns, risk control processes, and regulatory landscape Mentor other software developers Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications BE/B Tech/MCA Excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications/ Skills Experience with Java Development. Experience with programming Java solutions using AEM. Proficient in JavaScript, CSS and front-end web development Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and automated testing methodologies Strong communication skills and problem-solving skills Ability to take ownership of work streams, operate without close supervision, and work across the organization.
