Principal Backend Developer

As a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Principal Backend Developer, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact. You will collaborate with the organization and team members to enhance our digital advertising results, digital experience engagements, and lead conversions across various channels. Your responsibilities will include: - Implementing and customizing Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud with proven expertise. - Demonstrating a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, best practices, and development methodologies. - Designing and implementing Marketing Cloud solutions such as Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder. - Developing and executing marketing campaigns, including email marketing, customer journeys, and audience segmentation. - Integrating Marketing Cloud with Sales Cloud and other marketing tools for streamlined marketing efforts. - Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users. - Collaborating with solution architects on functional and technical design specifications and offering subject matter expertise to the Business and developers. - Demonstrating proficiency in HTML, CSS, Amp script, and experience in SFMC Rest/Soap APIs. - Ensuring all marketing activities comply with data privacy regulations and industry best practices. - Staying updated on the latest SFMC features, trends, and best practices to continuously enhance marketing capabilities. - Developing emails with multi-device and light-dark mode compatibility in mind. - Journey and API Solutioning and Setup. Required Knowledge and Experience: - A degree with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience. - Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Administrator, Consultant, and Developer certifications.
