Principal Associate- Recruiting

As a Principal Associate in the Recruiting Team at Capital One, your role is to infuse the organization with top talent by managing candidates through the recruiting and selection process. You will work closely with hiring managers as a staffing consultant, develop internal and external recruiting strategies, and maintain the integrity and quality of the recruiting and onboarding process. Your responsibilities will also include candidate management, client management, ad hoc project work, and administrative tasks related to recruiting technologies. **General Responsibilities:** - Execute recruiting activities for a distinct line of business and location. - Collaborate with hiring managers to identify resource needs, create job descriptions, and candidate profiles. - Develop internal and external recruiting strategies to meet demand. - Ensure overall recruiting and onboarding process integrity, quality, and budget maintenance. - Manage candidate sourcing plans, build relationships, and facilitate the offer acceptance process. - Work with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand recruiting needs and develop strategies to meet hiring goals. - Lead miscellaneous department projects and handle administrative tasks using recruiting technologies. **Basic Qualifications:** - Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience as a full life cycle recruiter. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Master's Degree or MBA with at least 6 years of experience as a full life cycle recruiter. - Minimum of 3 years of experience as a sourcing specialist. - Proficiency in recruiting systems.
