Prime Service Project Manager / Business Analyst - Vice President

As an experienced Project Manager / Business Analyst in the Equity Finance Technology team supporting projects within the Prime Finance business, your role involves liaising between business users and technologists to exchange information effectively. You will manage delivery by adopting an agile methodology, overseeing project timelines, and mitigating risks. **Key Responsibilities:** - Ensure compliance with PM standard procedures and applicable program/project management tools - Collaborate with program/project teams and functional groups to execute requirements and training while maintaining Citi standards - Manage PTS Releases for all Equity Finance Projects using tools like JIRA and Release Ticket - Oversee project delivery tasks and assess internal or external impacts - Provide in-depth analysis to define problems, develop solutions, and influence strategic decisions - Identify risks, propose mitigation options, and consult with business clients on system functional specifications - Evaluate new IT developments, recommend system enhancements, and execute against multiple priorities simultaneously **Qualifications:** - 6-10 years of experience - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) with extensive Excel experience for data analysis - Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and all phases of Software Development Life Cycle - Comprehensive knowledge of business analysis principles - SQL knowledge would be advantageous - Experience in Prime Services is a plus - Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred **Competencies:** - Proficiency in Structured Development Lifecycle - Strong leadership, communication, and written skills - Self-motivated with drive and determination to deliver results This summary provides an overview of the job's primary responsibilities and qualifications.
