Primary Teacher

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Kindergarten Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate should be able to create a warm, nurturing, and stimulating environment that fosters early childhood development. The teacher will be responsible for developing age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth in children aged 3 to 6 years.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and implement engaging and developmentally appropriate lesson plans
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment
• Use storytelling, games, songs, and hands-on activities to enhance learning
• Observe, assess, and document student progress regularly
• Collaborate with other teachers, staff, and parents for the child’s overall development
• Conduct regular parent-teacher meetings and provide updates on child’s progress
• Manage classroom materials, supplies, and hygiene standards
• Encourage creativity, independence, and self-confidence in children
• Follow school curriculum and guidelines, and ensure timely completion of syllabus

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education / ECCE / B.Ed. (preferred)
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication skills in English (and local language if applicable)
• Strong classroom management and organizational skills
• Creativity, patience, and a genuine love for working with children
• Familiarity with play-based and activity-based teaching methods
• Basic knowledge of child safety and first-aid is a plus

Pay: From ₹5,863.88 per month
