Primary Teacher (PRT)

Key ResponsibilitiesTeaching & Learning

• Plan, prepare, and deliver age-appropriate lessons aligned with the curriculum.
• Use diverse teaching strategies to meet the needs of all learners.
• Create a classroom environment that is safe, stimulating, and conducive to learning.
• Integrate technology, hands-on activities, and creative methods to enhance student engagement.

Assessment & Evaluation

• Assess student progress through classwork, tests, observations, and formal assessments.
• Provide timely, constructive feedback to students and parents.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student achievement and behavior.

Classroom Management

• Establish and enforce classroom rules and routines.
• Promote positive behavior and encourage students to develop self-discipline.
• Address behavioral issues in a fair, consistent, and supportive manner.

Communication & Collaboration

• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress and concerns.
• Collaborate with colleagues, support staff, and school leadership to enhance student learning.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.

Professional Responsibilities

• Stay updated on educational best practices, curriculum developments, and teaching methodologies.
• Participate in professional development and continuous learning.
• Uphold the school’s mission, values, and safeguarding policies.

Qualifications & SkillsRequired:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant field.
• Teaching certification or license appropriate for primary education.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children.

Preferred:

• Experience teaching in a primary school environment.
• Knowledge of [British / CBSE / IB / Montessori / etc.] curriculum (customizable).
• Ability to integrate technology into teaching and learning.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
