Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, dedicated, and qualified Primary Teacher (PRT) to join our esteemed institution. The ideal candidate should possess a passion for teaching young learners and be capable of fostering a positive and engaging learning environment. The teacher will be responsible for educating students of classes I to V in accordance with CBSE curriculum standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons for primary-level students across subjects like English, Math, EVS, and Hindi.
• Prepare daily lesson plans, assessments, and teaching materials in line with the school's academic guidelines.
• Foster a safe, respectful, and disciplined classroom environment.
• Use creative teaching methods, audio-visual aids, and activity-based learning techniques.
• Track and evaluate student performance regularly and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain accurate student records and progress reports.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and training sessions.
• Encourage students' moral, emotional, and social development as part of the school's holistic approach.

Qualifications & Experience

• Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline with a recognized D.Ed./B.Ed./JBT or equivalent teacher training program.
• Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience in a CBSE-affiliated school is preferred.

Language Proficiency: Excellent command over English and Hindi (both spoken and written).

Salary- 12,000 to 20,000
