Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and patient Pre-Primary Teacher to nurture young minds and lay a strong foundation for lifelong learning. The ideal candidate will create a joyful, safe, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes curiosity, creativity, and emotional development among children aged 3–6 years. Key Responsibilities:Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities following the school’s curriculum (e.g., Montessori, Playway, or Integrated approach). Foster the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of children. Create engaging classroom environments with interactive learning materials and displays. Observe, assess, and document each child’s progress regularly. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child’s growth and areas for improvement. Encourage positive behavior, cooperation, and independence among children. Maintain classroom discipline and ensure safety and hygiene standards are met. Organize and participate in school events, celebrations, and co-curricular activities. Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to support the school’s goals and vision.
