Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Work Location: Khagaria City # Job Summary: We are looking for passionate and dedicated teachers to teach various subjects to students of different age groups. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong command of the subject matter, and the ability to create engaging lesson plans. # Responsibilities: 1. Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons to students. 2. Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to different learning styles. 3. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback. 4. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment. 5. Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and instructional strategies. 6. Participate in school events, parent-teacher conferences, and staff meetings. 7. Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance. # Requirements: 1. Bachelor's/Master's degree in Education or relevant subject area. 2. Teaching certification or diploma (B.Ed, M.Ed, etc.). 3. Minimum 3 years of the work experience 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Strong command of the subject matter. 6. Ability to create engaging lesson plans and adapt to different learning styles. 7. Familiarity with curriculum design and instructional strategies. # Preferred Qualifications: 1. Experience with specific curriculum or teaching methodology 2. Familiarity with technology integration in the classroom. 3.
