Job Description

Curriculum Delivery: Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons in line with the school's curriculum, incorporating experiential learning methods. Student Engagement: Create a stimulating classroom environment that encourages participation and motivates students to achieve their full potential. Assessment and Feedback: Evaluate students’ progress through various assessment methods, providing constructive feedback to guide improvement. Classroom Management: Maintain a positive learning atmosphere, using strategies to manage behavior and promote a respectful, collaborative environment. Extracurricular Activities: Participate in organizing and conducting extracurricular activities, including playdates, sports events, and cultural programs. Communication: Regularly communicate with parents regarding their child's development and collaborate with colleagues for team teaching and curriculum planning. Professional Development: Stay updated with the latest educational practices and participate in staff training and development sessions. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Teaching: 2 years (Required) total work: 4 years (Required) Work Location: In person
