Primary School Teacher

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Primary School Teacher with at least 3 years of teaching experience to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about child-centered learning, capable of delivering engaging lessons across core subjects, and committed to the holistic development of children in grades 1 to 5.

Key Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Delivery:

Plan and implement engaging lessons in subjects such as English, Math, Science, Social Studies, and EVS, as per the school’s academic framework.

• Student Engagement:

Foster a positive, inclusive, and interactive classroom environment that encourages inquiry, creativity, and active participation.

• Assessment & Evaluation:

Conduct formative and summative assessments; maintain student records and provide timely feedback to students and parents.

• Lesson Planning & Innovation:

Use differentiated instruction, teaching aids, technology, and project-based learning to cater to varying learning styles and needs.

• Classroom Management:

Maintain discipline and decorum while nurturing emotional and social development.

• Parental Communication:

Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress, concerns, and achievements through meetings, reports, and digital platforms.

• Collaboration:

Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan interdisciplinary activities, participate in school events, and contribute to curriculum development.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent
• Graduate/Postgraduate in a relevant subject (English, Math, Science, etc.)
• Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in a recognized primary school
• Strong knowledge of age-appropriate teaching strategies and child psychology
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written); additional languages a plus
• Familiarity with CBSE/ICSE/International curriculum (as applicable)

Compensation:
