PRIMARY MOTHER TEACHER

As an educator at our school, your role involves teaching all core subjects such as English, Mathematics, and EVS to the assigned class. You will be responsible for fostering a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment where students can thrive. Your key responsibilities include: - Planning and implementing developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities. - Observing and assessing students" academic performance and personal development. - Maintaining regular communication with parents about their child's progress. - Organizing and participating in classroom activities, school events, and parent-teacher meetings. - Supporting children in developing good habits, manners, and social skills. - Maintaining records of students" attendance, assessments, and progress reports. - Collaborating with co-teachers and other staff for integrated learning experiences. - Participating in training and development workshops. To excel in this role, you should possess the following key skills and competencies: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Patience, empathy, and a nurturing attitude - Classroom management and organization - Creativity and adaptability in teaching methods - Strong observation and reporting skills - Team player with a positive attitude Qualifications required for this position include: - Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Education or Child Development) - B.Ed or Diploma in Early Childhood Education/Montessori Training (preferred) - Minimum 1-2 years of teaching experience at the primary level (freshers with a strong passion also considered) This is a full-time position with benefits including Provident Fund.
