PRIMARY MOTHER TEACHER

As a Teacher at our institution, your responsibility will include teaching core subjects such as English, Mathematics, and EVS to the assigned class. You will be required to create a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning and personal development. Planning and implementing developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities will be crucial in ensuring the academic growth of your students. Observing and assessing students" academic performance and personal development, as well as maintaining regular communication with parents to update them on their child's progress, are essential aspects of your role. Your role will also involve organizing and participating in classroom activities, school events, and parent-teacher meetings. Supporting children in developing good habits, manners, and social skills will be integral to their overall growth. Additionally, maintaining accurate records of students" attendance, assessments, and progress reports will help in tracking their development. Collaborating with co-teachers and other staff members to provide integrated learning experiences and participating in training and development workshops will be part of your professional growth. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with patience, empathy, and a nurturing attitude, are key skills required for this role. Classroom management, organization, creativity, and adaptability in teaching methods, as well as strong observation and reporting skills, are qualities that will contribute to your success as a Teacher. Being a team player with a positive attitude is also essential in creating a conducive learning environment. Ideally, you should hold a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Education or Child Development. A B.Ed or Diploma in Early Childhood Education/Montessori Training is preferred. While a minimum of 1-2 years of teaching experience at the primary level is desirable, we also welcome freshers with a strong passion for teaching.
