Primary Math Teacher (Mental Math) – Job Responsibilities

• Teach Mathematics with a strong focus on Mental Math techniques for students from Grades 3 to 8.
• Develop students’ speed, accuracy, logical thinking, and problem-solving abilities through mental calculation strategies.
• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons aligned with the school curriculum and learning objectives.
• Use innovative methods, activities, games, and real-life examples to strengthen conceptual understanding.
• Design worksheets, practice modules, and assessments to track progress in mental math and core math skills.
• Identify learning gaps and provide remedial or enrichment support as needed.
• Create a positive, disciplined, and motivating classroom environment.
• Regularly assess student performance and maintain accurate academic records.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and improvement areas.
• Collaborate with subject teachers and participate in academic planning and school activities.
• Adhere to school policies, child-safety norms, and educational standards.
• Participate in trainings, workshops, and professional development programs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
