Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary English Teacher to join our school in Balaghat. The ideal candidate will have strong classroom management skills, a passion for teaching young learners, and the ability to foster a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach English to primary school students (Classes 1 to 5) using interactive and student-centered methods.
• Develop lesson plans aligned with the school curriculum and learning objectives.
• Assess students’ progress regularly and provide constructive feedback.
• Organize classroom activities that enhance reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
• Maintain discipline in the classroom and create a supportive atmosphere.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student performance.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.

Required Skills

• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Strong instructional and classroom management skills.
• Ability to use creative teaching aids and digital tools.
• Patience, empathy, and enthusiasm for teaching young children.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in CBSE/ICSE/State curriculum.
• Training in child psychology or modern teaching techniques is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

• Balaghat, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
