Pricing Chemistry - Process Lead

You will lead a team in pricing and proposal management for chemistry and applied science projects at Clean Harbors. Your responsibilities will include developing end-to-end quotes for various services/products, collaborating with technical teams, designing competitive pricing strategies, interpreting technical specifications/experimental data, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, supervising and mentoring pricing analysts, streamlining workflows for quote creation/review, partnering with sales and US teams on pricing strategy, tracking success rates and presenting performance insights for continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Develop end-to-end Quotes for chemical, biomedical, and applied science services/products. - Collaborate with technical teams for feasibility and accuracy. - Design competitive pricing strategies aligned with market and client needs. - Deliver specialized quotes: Bulk, Clean Pack, High Hazard, Radioactive, and Harbor. - Interpret technical specifications/experimental data to improve accuracy. - Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as OSHA, DOT, RCRA, and EPA. Team Leadership: - Supervise and mentor pricing analysts with chemistry background. - Provide technical-commercial training and guidance. Process Optimization: - Streamline workflows for quote creation/review. - Implement tools to improve accuracy and turnaround time. Stakeholder Collaboration: - Partner with Sales and US teams on pricing strategy. - Bridge client requirements with internal technical capabilities. Reporting & Metrics: - Track success rates, compliance, and pricing accuracy. - Present performance insights for continuous improvement. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelors/masters in chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or Applied Sciences. - 8+ years in Quote Creation/Contracts in science-driven industries. - Strong knowledge of chemistry, lab processes, and regulations. - Proficiency in Excel; ERP/CRM experience preferred. - Excellent communication & stakeholder management. - Proven leadership and team management experience. - Ability to translate complex scientific concepts into client-friendly language. Shift Timings: 3:00 pm to 12:00 am IST / As per the business requirement.,
