ONEALPHA VENTURES LIMITED , we are a rising force in India’s Industrial and Logistics infrastructure space, specializing in the development of large-scale Industrial Parks in south India. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced person for PRESIDENT -PROJECTS . He is responsible for overseeing and managing all the planning, design, and construction of ALL Industrial warehouse projects. He supervises all aspects of a projects, from the initial planning to completion, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
Degree in civil engineering having 15 to 20 years’ experience in a leading CIVIL CONSTRUCTIONS/INDUSTRIAL WAREHOUSE PROJECTS.
Strong knowledge in procedures of civil construction, IS codes and quality standards, familiarity with project documentation, site inspections. Proficiency in tools like AUTOCAD, MS OFFICE project Management tools. Proven ability to lead and motivate teams across multiple projects.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹175,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
