Job Description

Role Overview: As the President - Business Operations, you will be responsible for leading the strategic and operational direction of the restaurant ecosystem to ensure exceptional dining experiences across multiple brands under Lounge and JSM. Your main duties will include strategic planning, execution & profitability, operations management, customer-centric operations, stakeholder management & reporting, and leadership & team development. Key Responsibilities: - Strategic Planning, Execution & Profitability: - Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business goals for revenue growth and operational excellence. - Identify market trends and opportunities to expand the restaurant business portfolio. - Oversee full P&L accountability, manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to track performance. - Ensure financial targets and business objectives are consistently met and exceeded. - Operations Management: - Monitor daily restaurant and catering operations to maintain high service standards and customer satisfaction. - Review food quality, presentation, and portion control for consistency across all locations. - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and local laws. - Implement quality control procedures to standardize customer experiences. - Customer-Centric Operations: - Champion exceptional guest experiences by establishing processes for consistency, speed, and quality. - Utilize data and customer insights to refine offerings and elevate service standards. - Ensure that the brands offerings remain competitive and aligned with emerging market demands. - Stakeholder Management & Reporting: - Act as the primary liaison to stakeholders, including investors, partners, franchisees, and landlords. - Regularly report business performance, strategic initiatives, and challenges to the Board of Directors. - Cultivate strong relationships with strategic partners, investors, and industry players. - Leadership & Team Development: - Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, professional growth, and employee retention. - Provide guidance for ongoing training and development to keep teams updated on industry trends and best practices. - Build a high-performing leadership team, encouraging collaboration and accountability. Qualifications Required: - Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field (MBA preferred). - Experience: 10+ years in multi-unit restaurant operations, with demonstrated success in leadership roles. - Financial Acumen: Proven expertise in driving profitability and cost efficiency through strategic financial management. - Sales & Marketing: Strong background in sales and marketing within the restaurant industry. - Leadership: Ability to inspire and lead diverse teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. - Data-Driven Approach: Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making and problem-solving. - Other key aspects include networking & social skills, food expertise, digital savvy, agility & resilience, and international exposure in education or professional roles.,
