Presentations Specialist

Principal Responsibilities

• The role holder is responsible for remaining abreast of technological advances in the areas of document/presentation production following template guidance specified by HSBC Marketing while ensuring quality and on-time delivery of own output
• As part of the role, Specialist will assess the job, provide estimated production time and liaise with stakeholders (locally and globally) to determine deadlines, clarify job instructions and requirements when required.
• Specialist will be responsible for creating design solutions that have a high visual impact; providing a range of design, layout and production services for output in print, web, interactive and presentation materials that fit project requirements.
• Adhering to content and design guidelines; and contributing to the strategic and creative execution of communications
  

Requirements

• Post-secondary education - either at the degree level or a relevant professional diploma or certificate
• Strong command of both written and spoken English
• 3-5 years of experience in a design agency environment or other similar industry is preferable
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications with strong expertise in PowerPoint
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign
• Experience template creation and animation
• Flexibility in working different shifts
• Video content experience: familiarity with video content creation; storyboarding, editing, animation, and post-production using Adobe Premier and Adobe After Effects or similar applications is preferable
