Job Description

Support business development teams in creating visually compelling solutions for key pursuits.
Analyze and convert data and information into strong visual solutions for client deliverables.
Collaborate with the Pursuit Director to generate business development materials, content, themes, and visual representation for key pursuits.
Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's brand and visual graphic standards.
Create engaging presentations and proposals that showcase the company's expertise and thought leadership.
Provide strategic and execution support on new business submissions and presentations.

Job Requirements

Graduate or Post Graduate degree in any field.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).
Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a self-starter mentality.
Eager to learn, take constructive feedback, and apply learnings to drive business growth.
