Presentation and Design Manager

As a Presentation and Design Manager at HSBC, you will play a crucial role in delivering work that adheres to content and design guidelines, industry best practices, and defined design standards. Your responsibilities will include ensuring team adherence to department guidelines, compliance regulations, and policies through effective communication and regular implementation. You will bring fresh direction and insight to the creative process, positioning PDS as a consultant and subject-matter-expert. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver work following content and design guidelines and industry best practices - Ensure team adherence to department guidelines, compliance regulations, policies, and procedures through constant communication - Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the PDS business and assigned channels/business areas - Jointly manage high-level design jobs with production managers - Work with specialists to produce, check, and deliver all Presentation materials within HSBC template guidelines - Ensure high quality of work by consistently reviewing it against quality standards Qualifications Required: - 7+ years of experience in creative design, consulting, or finance in a multinational company or similar cross-cultural environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint - Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) - Familiarity with video content creation using Adobe Premier, After Effects, or similar applications - Strong knowledge of print production and color separation - Excellent command of written and spoken English - Strong interpersonal skills and eagerness to learn - Ability to maintain attention to detail under pressure and meet tight deadlines At HSBC, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your contributions are valued.
