Presentation and Design Manager

As a Presentation and Design Manager at HSBC, you will play a crucial role in delivering work that adheres to content and design guidelines, as well as industry best practices. Your responsibilities will include ensuring team adherence to department guidelines, compliance regulations, policies, and procedures through constant communication and regular implementation. You will bring fresh direction and insight to creative while maintaining defined design standards. Additionally, you will develop a thorough understanding of the PDS business and assigned channels/business areas, participate in developing marketing and communications strategies, and position PDS as a consultant and subject-matter-expert. You will also jointly manage high-level design jobs with production managers and work with other specialists to produce, check, and deliver all Presentation materials within HSBC template guidelines. Key Responsibilities: - Delivery of work following content and design guidelines, and industry best practices - Ensure team adherence to department guidelines, compliance regulations, policies, and procedures - Bring fresh direction and insight to creative while maintaining design standards - Develop a thorough understanding of the PDS business and assigned channels/business areas - Participate in developing marketing and communications strategies - Jointly manage high-level design jobs with production managers - Work with other specialists to produce, check, and deliver all Presentation materials within HSBC template guidelines Qualifications Required: - 7+ years of experience in creative design, consulting, or finance within a multinational company or similar cross-cultural environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with strong expertise in PowerPoint - Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign - Familiarity with video content creation using Adobe Premier and After Effects or similar applications - Ability to generate original ideas and transform them into visual concepts - Strong knowledge of print production and colour separation - Excellent command of both written and spoken English - Strong interpersonal skills and eagerness to learn - Ability to maintain attention to detail under pressure and meet tight deadlines Join HSBC and be a part of one of the largest banking and financial services organisations in the world, contributing to enabling businesses to thrive and economies to prosper.,
