Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Preschool Teacher located in Gurugram. The Preschool Teacher will be responsible for planning and implementing age-appropriate lessons and activities that support early childhood development. Key tasks include engaging children in structured and unstructured play, fostering communication and social skills, and ensuring a nurturing and safe learning environment that aligns with the institution’s values. Collaboration with parents and colleagues will be a vital aspect of the role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Lesson Planning, Curriculum Development, and Early Childhood Education methodologies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children, parents, and staff
• Experience in working with preschool or kindergarten-age children
• Patience, enthusiasm, and a nurturing approach to teaching
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred
