Job Responsibilities: 1. Child-Centered Teaching Approach: Implement a child-centered teaching approach, fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn through play, exploration, and social interaction.

2. Individualized Learning: Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities tailored to meet the diverse needs and interests of each child, promoting holistic development across cognitive, social, emotional, and physical domains.

3. Parent Communication and Engagement: Establish strong communication channels with parents, providing regular updates on their child’s progress, milestones, and activities, and actively involving them in their child’s learning journey through parent teacher meetings, workshops, and events.

4. Safety and Wellbeing: Prioritize the safety, health, and wellbeing of all children under your care, maintaining a clean, organized, and secure classroom environment, and adhering to all safety protocols, licensing regulations, and childcare standards.

5. Professional Development and Collaboration: Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated on best practices in early childhood education, participate in team meetings and collaborative planning sessions with fellow educators, and contribute to the overall growth and enhancement of the preschool program. Required Qualifications / Skills:

Graduate Excellent communication skills is a must. ECCED certification is preferre

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
