Role Overview:
We are looking for passionate, dedicated, and creative Preschool Teachers who can foster a safe, engaging, and stimulating learning environment for our young learners. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, patience, and a genuine love for working with children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans in line with the school’s curriculum.
• Foster the cognitive, emotional, social, and physical development of children.
• Use interactive teaching methods such as storytelling, play-based learning, and creative activities.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment.
• Observe, assess, and document children’s progress and share feedback with parents.
• Encourage positive behavior, discipline, and social interaction among children.
• Participate in school events, workshops, and training programs.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Graduate in Early Childhood Education / Nursery Teacher Training / Montessori Training (preferred).
• Prior teaching experience in a preschool or early years environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Creative, energetic, and child-friendly personality.
• Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
