Preschool Teacher (Baner, Pune)

Preferably looking for a candidate within 5 kms of Baner.

The Preschool Teacher is responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where young children (typically aged 2 to 5) can thrive emotionally, socially, intellectually, and physically. This role includes planning and implementing age-appropriate lessons and activities that support early development and school readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create a warm, welcoming, and safe classroom environment.
• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with early childhood curriculum and developmental goals.
• Use play-based and activity-based teaching methods to promote learning and curiosity.
• Encourage social interaction and positive behavior among children.
• Observe, assess, and document each child’s development and progress.
• Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s experiences, milestones, and needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards as per school policies.
• Collaborate with teaching assistants, staff, and school leadership for seamless operation.
• Participate in staff meetings, training programs, and school events.
• Identify children with special needs or behavioral concerns and refer appropriately.
• Maintain student records, attendance logs, and report cards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
