Preschool Curriculum Planner

You will play a key role in shaping Effling’s curriculum, ensuring it aligns with age-appropriate milestones, innovative teaching practices, and our mission to provide children a joyful and impactful learning experience.

• Design, review, and adapt

  curriculum content

  for Nursery, LKG, UKG, and Grade 1 levels.
• Integrate

  interactive, digital-first teaching strategies

  for handwriting, math, art, and languages.
• Ensure curriculum aligns with

  child development milestones

  and different learning methodologies (Montessori, Playway, etc.).
• Collaborate with our

  product, design, and AI teams

  to make content engaging, interactive, and effective.
• Stay updated with

  preschool teaching trends

  to keep our app fresh and impactful.

3 years of preschool teaching experience
