Preschool Counselor - prayagraj

Are you passionate about supporting the emotional and social growth of young children?
We’re looking for a caring, empathetic, and skilled Pre-School Counselor to join our team and help create a nurturing environment where every child can thrive.

Your Role:

• Observe and evaluate preschoolers to identify their emotional, social, or behavioral needs.
• Provide individual and small-group counseling to help children overcome challenges like separation anxiety, shyness, or behavior difficulties.
• Work closely with teachers and parents to develop strategies that promote emotional health and positive classroom behavior.
• Support teachers with behavior management approaches and encourage active participation among students.

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience in counseling or working with young children in a school or childcare setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi.
• A good grasp of child behavior management and classroom dynamics.
