Job Description: Responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls related to real estate projects (Residential & Commercial). Engage with potential clients, explain project details, and schedule site visits. Maintain leads data and follow up regularly to convert inquiries into site visits. Coordinate with sales teams and update lead status in CRM. Experience in real estate calling preferred — both residential and commercial projects. Requirements: Minimum 2 years managing a team of telecallers in real estate. Good communication and convincing skills. Familiarity with CRM and lead management.
