Presales Specialist - IT

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for understanding client requirements through detailed discovery calls and meetings. You will prepare and present product demonstrations, technical documentation, and solution proposals to effectively address client needs. Your role will involve creating compelling technical presentations and responding to RFPs (Request for Proposal) / RFI (Request for Information) in a timely and accurate manner. Additionally, you will act as a technical advisor during the sales cycle to build client confidence and trust in our solutions. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will be expected to coordinate with internal product and delivery teams to align client expectations with our capabilities. Staying informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements will be crucial to your success in this position. You will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless handover to project delivery teams post-deal closure, thereby contributing to overall client satisfaction and project success. To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in pre-sales or solution architecture for international IT markets. Proven experience in selling to U.S.-based clients is highly desirable. A strong understanding of the software development lifecycle is essential, along with exceptional presentation, communication, and client engagement skills. Your ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value propositions will be a key differentiator. Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) and proposal management tools is advantageous. A technical background (B.Tech/MCA preferred) or a strong technical aptitude will further enhance your effectiveness in this role.
