Presales & Solutions Executive

You are a Solutions Executive responsible for supporting pre-sales efforts for the sales and account management teams to acquire new customers and increase revenue from existing ones. Your understanding of the sales process is crucial, and your ability to think creatively and connect ideas is valued. You should be driven and passionate about exploring new opportunities. Your primary location for this role will be at OMR, Perungudi, Industrial Estate. Your key responsibilities include collaborating with Practice Teams to develop solutions, statements of work, and proposals. You will engage in discovery workshops to identify opportunities and define project scopes. Researching prospects and clients to enhance pitches and increase deal success rates is a vital part of your role. You will also focus on standardizing solution artifacts for future use and maintaining a repository of capabilities, credentials, and case studies to support sales efforts. It's important to note that this position does not involve business development or lead generation activities. Instead, you will need to demonstrate your ability to connect ideas and develop compelling solutions. To qualify for this role, you should hold an MBA in Marketing with 1 to 4 years of work experience. Customer-centric thinking, the ability to create innovative solutions by keeping up with digital trends, and proficient documentation skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel are necessary for success in this position.,
