Role Description

Presales Specialist Network Transformation

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their IT infrastructure, especially network environments, pain points, and transformation goals.
• Design and propose scalable, secure, and cost-effective network transformation solutions including SD-WAN, MPLS, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routing, Switching and cloud-based networking.
• Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations, solutions documents, bill of materials, and RFP responses.
• Collaborate with OEMs (Cisco, Juniper, HPE Aruba, etc.) and internal solution teams to align offerings with customer needs.
• Provide technical consulting and support during sales cycles including PoCs, workshops, and solution walkthroughs.
• Work closely with post-sales teams to ensure smooth handover and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and networking with at least 3 years in a presales or solutioning role.
• Strong understanding of network design, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, firewalls, load balancers, and SD-WAN technologies.
• Experience in network assessments, transformation roadmaps, and migration strategies.
• Certifications such as CCNP, CCDP, NSE, or equivalent are preferred.
• Strong presentation, communication, and proposal writing skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously.
