Presales Executive

Job Title: Pre-Sales Executive (Real Estate)
Experience: 1–3 years in Pre-Sales (Real Estate preferred)

Location : Pune (Hinjewadi)

Working Days- 6 days

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential customers, providing accurate and engaging project information.
• Build rapport and generate interest in projects through effective communication.
• Schedule, confirm, and coordinate site visits with clients and the sales team.
• Maintain and update CRM records to ensure accurate lead tracking and reporting.
• Follow up with leads regularly to convert them into qualified prospects.
• Support the sales team by providing pre-qualified, well-informed leads.
• Share regular feedback with the marketing team on lead quality and campaign performance.
• Maintain a professional approach to customer service, ensuring client satisfaction during the pre-sales process.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
• Prior experience in real estate telecalling or pre-sales is strongly preferred.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up abilities.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and basic MS Office tools.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Additional Advantage:

• Knowledge of Pune’s real estate market and local geography.
• Experience in handling high-value residential/commercial project leads.

Salary: As per industry standards + Incentives

Pay: ₹10,106.67 - ₹34,629.90 per month
