Presales Executive

Job Summary: The Pre-Sales Real Estate Consultant plays a critical role in the early stages of the sales cycle. This position involves engaging with potential customers, qualifying leads, presenting property offerings, and nurturing prospects until they are ready for final conversion by the sales team. The ideal candidate is persuasive, proactive, and customer-focused with excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Follow-Up: Contact and qualify incoming leads via phone, email, or digital platforms. Maintain and update lead databases (e.g., CRM systems). Schedule site visits or meetings for the sales closers. Client Engagement: Provide initial information about available properties, projects, amenities, and pricing. Understand client needs and suggest suitable property options. Develop trust and rapport to build long-term client relationships. Coordination & Support: Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to align strategies. Prepare and share project brochures, price lists, floor plans, and other relevant material. Keep potential clients informed about upcoming project launches and promotions. Market & Product Knowledge: Stay updated with current real estate trends, pricing, competition, and regulatory changes. Attend training sessions and site tours to build in-depth knowledge of projects. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field preferred.. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle objections and build client confidence.
