Presales Executive

Job Description – Pre-Sales Executive (Female Candidates Only)

Location: Cunningham Road, Bangalore
Work Mode: Work from Office (No Remote Option)
Experience Required: 1–3 years (Real Estate / Telecalling / Lead Management preferred)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Make 100–150 outbound calls daily to connect with potential clients.
• Handle inquiries received from marketing campaigns and digital platforms.
• Share project details for Essha Vana (farm plots, Heseragatta) and Vistaa (plots, Chikkaballapur).
• Qualify leads, capture requirements, and schedule site visits for the Sales team.
• Maintain lead status, follow-ups, and reports in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing teams to ensure lead conversions.

Requirements

• Female candidates only (mandatory).
• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in Pre-Sales / Telecalling / Inside Sales.
• Strong communication skills in English and regional languages (Kannada/Telugu/Hindi).
• Comfortable with high-volume calling (100–150 calls/day).
• Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools.
• Ability to work from the office at Cunningham Road, Bangalore.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
