Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Presales Executives with good communication skills and an interest in customer engagement and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers using marketing-generated leads.
• Handle incoming enquiries and provide project-related information.
• Explain project features, pricing, amenities, and offers.
• Understand customer requirements and qualify leads.
• Schedule and coordinate customer site visits for the Sales team.
• Follow up with prospective customers to improve conversions.
• Maintain customer details, call records, and lead status in CRM.
• Coordinate with the Sales team for effective customer handling.

Requirements

• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused approach and professional attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn CRM.
• Ability to engage with customers and work towards targets.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Work Schedule

• 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM - Day Shift
• 6 days per week
• Saturday and Sunday are working days.
• Weekly off: Monday or Tuesday.
