About the Role

We are looking for a confident, customer-oriented and target-driven Presales Executive to handle customer enquiries, manage leads, explain real estate projects and generate site visits. The candidate will coordinate closely with the Sales and Closing teams to ensure effective follow-ups and improve lead conversion.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers and channel partners.
• Follow up on leads received through digital marketing, property portals, referrals and other sources.
• Understand customer requirements, budget, preferred location and property preferences.
• Explain project details, configurations, amenities, pricing, payment plans and offers.
• Qualify leads and generate potential sales opportunities.
• Schedule and coordinate site visits with the Sales and Closing teams.
• Conduct timely follow-ups with prospective customers to encourage site visits and bookings.
• Maintain accurate lead information, call records, follow-up status and customer details in CRM or Excel.
• Coordinate with the Digital Marketing, Sales and Closing teams for lead management and conversion.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports on calls, leads, follow-ups and site visits.
• Achieve assigned calling, qualified-lead and site-visit targets.
• Maintain professional communication and a positive customer experience throughout the presales process.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–4 years of experience in presales, telecalling, inside sales or customer relationship management.
• Prior experience in the real estate industry will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Proficiency in Marathi, English and Hindi.
• Good follow-up, lead management and customer-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office and CRM software.
• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

• Number of calls handled and leads contacted.
• Lead qualification and follow-up effectiveness.
• Number of site visits scheduled and completed.
• Site visit conversion ratio.
• Accuracy of CRM data and reporting.
• Contribution to sales bookings and overall team targets.
